Ciderhouse Cottage, a former cart shed, has an open plan living area ideal for gathering with family and friends. Offers three bedrooms, sleeping six plus an infant.
Built in the early 1800s and originally a cart shed, Ciderhouse Cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area and three bedrooms. It has the benefit of a gas wood burner making it nice and snug in the winter.
The ground floor master bedroom is a triple with both double and single bed and a spacious walk in wet room en-suite . An additional twin on ground floor and another twin in the eaves on the first floor allow Ciderhouse to sleep six plus an infant.
Ciderhouse has it’s own courtyard patio space next to the farms old cider press.

Home Comforts
Ciderhouse Cottage is our largest barn, comfortably accommodating up to six adults and an infant. Like our other cottages, Cidehouse is has underfloor heating, as well as in this case a gas ‘wood’ burner for a hassle free instant heat boost. Bedrooms are furnished with Egyptian cotton sheets, down bedding and super soft towels.
The master bed is extra spacious and flooded with light, while the attic twin is the perfect snug up under the oak eaves for children and adults alike. You’ll have exclusive use of a courtyard patio catching the evening sun and a welcome basket on arrival.
- Sleeps up to six adults and an infant across three bedrooms.
- The Master Bedroom has a king size bed plus an additional single and en suite wet-room with shower. There are two further twin rooms, one on the ground floor, and one in the attic, sharing a family bathroom.
- Ciderhouse has a large open plan living / dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and an internet enabled TV/DVD.
- Wi-fi is powered by satellite for a reliable connection despite our a rural setting
